There are so many ways to describe wellness. It’s not just physical or mental. People have whole health advocacy webinars that teach the multidimensional aspects of wellness which usually include things like occupational, social, spiritual, financial, and so on. There are also so many kinds of ways to manage wellness. WRAP or Wellness Recovery Action Plan is another popular tool in addition to Whole Health Action Management. There’s Ikigai, and so many Peer Specialist Advocacy training programs, Mental Health America, as well as a slew of NAMI Training programs. How do I know? I’ve taken most of them already. Oh and don’t forget about dot or bullet journals.
